About Us
We are Sac State's premiere film organization working toward a unified school furthering education and the future in all aspects of film, scholastics and life. Our goal is to create an experience for all majors which is beneficial and supplementary to their previous film experience.
My name is Monica Pham. I am the Vice President of the Hornet Film Society. I help with promoting the club and getting others to join. My favorite movies are Inception, Grand Budapest Hotel, and the LOTR series.

Hi my name is Giovanni Duenas but you can call me Gio. My job in the club is Director of Membership development that means I am the liasion between the members and the officers so feel free to talk to me about any questions comments or concerns. I am also the coolest member of the club despite Jordana's lies and slander. I am also Sac States Number One Eligible Bachelor and Number One Detective which basically makes me the Batman of CSUS. My favorite movie is The Wackness and I will always argue that The Goofy Movie is a top 5 Disney film.

Hello, my name is Maddy! I showed up to one meeting and now I'm the officer in charge of fundraising.
I am Jordana the Presidente of the Hornet Film Society. I am a film major studying digital production with an interest in screenwriting. I am a dj for KSSU Sac State's student run radio station and I am the Productions Director as well. When I'm not juggling all these things I am a mom to the world's crankiest old doggo and will often excuse myself from parties to take care of her. Music and film are my life and Gio say's he's the funniest member of the club but that's just a bold lie. If Gio thinks he's Batman well I'm Bruce Wayne cause I'm the one who pays the bills, gets the ladies and cries about how much I miss my parents.
